Chief Financial Officer

As Chief Financial Officer, Alison manages business operations in conjunction with the CEO and Board. She also manages general accounting responsibilities and controls, provides strategic & financial advice, manages the human resources sector, and leads our Australian team. Alison drafts contracts, negotiates customer & supplier contract terms & conditions, and manages due diligence processes for raising capital. She serves as our liaison with external accountants, auditors, legal advisors, governmental entities, bankers, shareholders, and other stakeholders, both in Australia and the US.

Alison is a Certified Public Accountant in Australia; she earned her Bachelor of Economics and Bachelor of Arts from the Australian National University, where her concentrations included economics, accounting, and Chinese.
