BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – NORTH AMERICA
This role is for an experienced engineer in the water and wastewater industry who has the desire to put their engineering experience to use in the area of Business Development at an innovative software company. The Business Development Manager will be accountable for the development and expansion of sales activities and client relationships in the North American market. Candidates will develop and maintain favorable relationships with new customers to increase revenue and year-over-year growth. This includes the achievement of strategic sales objectives for a specific region or territory as defined by the business. Ideal candidates would require very little supervision, using sound judgment based on business acumen and experience.
- Requires minimum 5+ years of experience in water & wastewater engineering design, hydraulic modeling, or asset management sectors, with a preference of software field sales or related business development activities.
- Field selling experience (or desire to gain field selling experience) in the water industry andor public sector software market.
- Significant experience with large-volume sales, preferably selling a software application/solution or comparable advanced technology product/service, is a plus but not required.
- Customer Service or support experience is a plus.
- Field sales experience with new business expertise is a plus but not required.

KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER – UK

Working with the VP Global Sales, UK Strategy Manager, and Optimatics Strategic Support team, this person will be responsible for strategic project identification/development and developing/enhancing strategic customer relationships in the UK. Optimatics mid-term plan is focused on building long-term strategic relationships with large utility customers in the UK and on identifying opportunities for expanding with AssetAdvanced. In this role, you will work with existing customers to identify new potential use cases, workshop ideas, and support business development. For new potential customers, you will work with the VP of Global Sales to support business development and build the business case for use of OptimizerTM/AssetAdvanced. Working with the SST and Product Managers, you will work to identify customer needs for new functionality in OptimizerTM and AssetAdvanced.
- Key customer relationship management: Work with UK customers to identify opportunities for them to develop new cases, ensure satisfaction with the software, and identify opportunities to upsell.
- Strategic Project Management: For key new initiatives, help facilitate workshops, scope work, identify opportunities, and coordinate market analysis.
- Strategic Sales Support: Assist VP Global Sales with proposals and technical presentations to customers.

MARKETING COORDINATOR – NORTH AMERICA

We are currently seeking a full time in-house Marketing Coordinator to add to our talented team.
- Market products by developing and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns on social media (specifically LinkedIn) and elsewhere.
