The Optimatics UK User Conference took place on 10–11 March 2026 at 10 Union Street in London, bringing together water industry professionals from across the UK to share insights, case studies, and innovations in water network optimisation. The two-day event featured presentations from leading water utilities including Severn Trent, Anglian Water, United Utilities, Southern Water, Scottish Water, Affinity Water, and Welsh Water, covering topics such as real-time control for spill reduction, mains replacement prioritisation using machine learning, hydraulic modelling advancements, and interruption-to-supply planning. Attendees also heard from Optimatics and SUEZ on upcoming product developments, open-source modelling platforms, and new tools for sewer inspection and inflow and infiltration mitigation. The conference concluded with a product roadmap session and an interactive workshop, alongside a conference dinner at Kapara Soho.
