Optimatics is proud to announce the release of our Resiliency Optimisation Playbook!

In 2022, Optimatics formed a resilience forum with five of the largest water companies in the UK to discuss the challenges in defining and optimising asset resilience. Based on that work, we established a resilience optimisation framework that will enable companies to evaluate the long-term resilience of a system, in parallel with minimising cost and meeting standard performance criteria.

This playbook focuses on practical steps within that framework in building solutions on Optimatics’ platform—Optimizer™. We lead the readers to brainstorm and consider a range of possible key indicators and offer a standardised approach that Optimizer™ users can follow to deliver asset resilience across asset management decision-making practices, including capital and operational decisions.
